If yer the worrying type, here’s 2 things to worry about this week. Me, I ain’t worrying. So long as I don’t say anything that leads to anyone saying Not intended to be a factual statement, I ain’t worried about it. 🙂
Oil prices. Oil prices have been on the wrong side of bullshit since the first shot was fired in anger in Egypt, and escalated just like speculators wanted, to make money hand over fist when the shit hit the fan in Libya. Prices will stabilize when the last shots are fired in the middle eastern revolutions.
The Debt Ceiling. This is normally a no-brainer. The debt ceiling is something that has been moved up over the years by large majorities simply because it is necessary. Now the right has decided that we have to be frugal, because the president is a democrat, so they are pushing to get some spending reform. The real reason for spending reform? The Democrats don’t spend money on billionaires the way the Republicans do, so naturally we can’t have that shit happening, now can we, right wing America.
It’ll be a cold day in Aruba before GOP cares about anyone who makes less than $1,000,000 a year, and the proof is in their will to fight the deficit on the backs of the poor.
Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but it doesn’t get you anywhere.
Pic of the day: What? Me Worry?
That’s it from here, America. A short article written in 10 minutes because it’s all the time I had. G’night!
