Anagram: A Bunch Of Crap/ Barf Up A Conch
A Conch? DAYUM! That would be the most painful, bloody hurling EVER. Ouch and other such statements. LOL

Dude, that is NASTY! Clean that the F*** up!!!
I’m running in a race tomorrow.
At noon tomorrow, people will stay home and watch fat bastards, and people who hate themselves, gorge themselves on a bazillion hot dogs at Coney Island. A few hours before that, I will be doing quite the opposite. For those who do not know, there is a foot race on Staten Island tomorrow, called the Pepper Martin. A five mile race, up some fairly steep terrain. I’m running in it.
Look for the Red Tank top and number 324.
I, in the past, used to post my running times here and let people know about my training. I stopped that because I kept on getting hurt. For the better part of 18 months, coinciding with the downfall of the stock market, I was hurt badly enough where I could neither run nor exercise regularly. I have been training and keeping myself healthy for the last several months, lost weight, and gotten enough miles under my feet where I am confident that I can run this race without my ass falling off, my lungs bursting, or any other sort of bodily catastrophe occurring to me.
Wish me luck, I’m gonna need it. I have been running similar distances in similar terrain in similar conditions at around a 7:35 m/m pace, something I am hoping to duplicate and maybe even improve tomorrow. Under 38 minutes would be AWESOME.
Two quick viddy’s on running, from expert village.
That’s about it for me. Politics, Hockey and whatever else comes to mind tomorrow.
Today’s Nuggets, Via RunThePlanet: A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more. Nobody is going to win a 5,000 meter race after running an easy 2 miles. Not with me. If I loose forcing the pace all the way, well, at least I can live with myself. Steve Prefontaine
If you want to tell something to an athlete, say it quickly and give no alternatives. This is a game of winning and losing. It is senseless to explain and explain. Paavo Nurmi
