I am extremely unhappy with things right now. Just because all the small stuff that one normally depends on to get through the day have just have completely not worked. Nothing major has gone wrong. But nothing has really gone right either. From what should have been a 20 minute commute that became a 90 minute debacle, to dsl crapping out on me and making it impossible to do anything whatsoever here at home. Never major problems, but a million minor ones that just drove me batty all damned day.
I just needed to get that weak stupid bullshit off of my chest.
Let’s see, good stuff that happened today. I sent an online petition thru some people to the ap, telling them they suck and i will not be bullied by them. I cannot believe the hubris of these people. they want to charge people for using more than 6 words of any of their content!!! Screw them!!!I was happy to tell them to kiss my ass. I will no longer be using AP news for any of my content. If you want to tell them what you think, sign the petition here.
For all the bitching I did in that first paragraph, there are plenty of people out there doing worse then I am. There are people out there that need your help. If you want to reach out and help someone, click here. This site, Charity Navigator, is meant to help people find a charity by giving you evaluations of different charities, evaluations by those who have given to those charities, in the comments section, and by those working at the site. The evaluations are based on a variety of categories, from program and fundraising expenses to revenue growth, payments, and net assets.

That’s it for me, Have a good Night.
Today’s Nugget’s, via wikiquote: Most of us have achieved levels of affluence and comfort unthought of two generations ago. We’ve never had it so good, most of us. Nor have we ever complained so bitterly about our problems. The closed circle of materialism is clear to us now — aspirations become wants, wants become needs, and self-gratification becomes a bottomless pit. All around us we have seen success in the world’s terms become ultimate and desperate failure. Mario Cuomo
The corporate right and the political right declared class warfare on working people a quarter of a century ago and they’ve won… Take the paradox of Rush Limbaugh, ensconced in a Palm Beach mansion massaging the resentments across the country of white-knuckled wage earners, who are barely making ends meet in no small part because of the corporate and ideological forces for whom Rush has been a hero.
