Hillary Clinton has been pushing for the Re-vote In Florida and Michigan, and is challenging Obama to a Rematch. and Obama has flinched. He has said that it is merely an attempt of the Clinton campaign to shift the rules to help Itself.

It could not possibly be the fact That Two states worth of Voters, One of which is the Fourth Largest in The F****** Nation, will be Disenfranchised if she Doesn’t fight FOR them, Something YOU, Ya bitch, Don’t seem willing to do. If you won’t Fight for Michigan and Florida Now, ya piece of Crap, what the hell happens if, God forbid, your stupid ass becomes president and something that you don’t like happen, you Just gonna Cut the offending states off from what they need Until you get what you Want? Asshole.

Run: 5.45 Miles in 43:08.96 for a 7:55.03 M/M Pace. Good stuff on a less than perfect day. They were calling for Mid Fifties. It was 44 when I ran. It was supposed to rain all day, but I did catch a break there. There was a lull in the storm around 1 P.M. and I took advantage and ran when it was relatively clear. Wind was there but Not what they were saying yesterday. Nothing close to the 40 MPH winds they were predicting. I did actually take a few steps towards actual training. And I do mean a few. When I was running in a few spots, Not many, I stretched My stride length a bit. Felt pretty good. Also did a few fast strides as well. And when I say fast I mean a Bump up of about 20 strides per minute, from around 170 -175 to around 195 or so. Really motoring. Felt good even if it was only a short distance. Maybe more friday, maybe tomorrow, depending on the conditions. They are calling for heavy winds again tomorrow, and they Might actually be right tomorrow. Stranger things have happened. Scheduling myself for 3.45 tomorrow, might go 5.45 if the weather is good enough, we’ll see.
Guitar: Songs only today, and not much of that. I was busy running around all day today and as a consequence I didn’t really get to play that much today. That’s been happening a lot recently and it’s beginning to piss me off. Yes I’m happy I’m getting back into the swing of things running wise, but I don’t want to do it at the expense of My guitar playing. But I did get some playing in tho, like i said. Had some fun just playing for my wife, she said the stuff I was playing sounded Kinda “Bluegrass” Kewl. I Kinda Like Bluegrass, I have been known to listen to it On occasion, and the wife does as well, once in a while. Wasn’t going for Bluegrass with Add9 chords and Sus chords and the like, but I guess the fingerpicking helped. Nice. I have the Guitar next to me, and I’m gonna hit the exercises for a few In a few.
